Application

If you were unable to attend the gala or you attended but didn't hand in your application, and you are still interested in joining the club this year, it is not too late. Below you will find a club application available to print out, and mail. If you were a member last year, you will notice some changes, including the option for a club t-shirt. You have until November 15th to hand in your dues/applications. Remember, your membership will not be processed, and you will not receive E-vites or info from the sub clubs that you expressed interest in, until your payment is received by the club. For info on the sub clubs we're offering, see below (sub clubs are subject to change based on interest/volunteers). Please mark which sub-clubs you are interested in on your application, although we will have sign-up sheets available at our first social on Oct. 4th.

Book Club
Love to Read? Get together with us as we eat snacks, drink beverages, talk about our lives, and, oh yea, discuss a book. We choose books based on club member recommendations.



Broadway Theater Club
If you love the theatre, come and join us each month as we get together to Broadway shows, at great prices. We look everywhere for the most affordable tickets!



Bunco
This is such a blast!!! Win or lose! Enjoy snacks and each other’s company once a month for a night of excitement. BUNCO!



Coffee & Cards Club
Looking for a great morning out? Join us to play cards and have a cup of Joe. Kids are welcome for a play date. We’ll be getting together to have a “deck” of FUN!!!! Skip-Bo anyone?



Coupon Clippers Club
Join us every two weeks to learn about how you can start putting money in your pocketbook! Take this time to clip and exchange coupons. Bring those expired coupons too, we collect and send them overseas!



Day Out With The Kids
Basically a play-date, we meet at playgrounds or go places with our kids. Join us this month!!! We will be having lots of fun!



Game Night
Are you looking for a Great Evening of FUN!!!! Let’s get our game on! Suggestions for games always welcome.



Ladies Night Out
Does a night out with the girls sound GREAT? Once a month we’ll get together and do something fun just for us girls.


Project Hospitality
Once a month, our volunteers cook up enough food to feed more than 60 hungry men and women here on Staten Island.



Sunshine Club
If you or someone you know is expecting a baby, recently undergone surgery, or has suffered a loss, please let us know. We all can use a little help at times.


Welcoming Committee
We want new families to feel welcome here at Ft. Wadsworth Family Housing, so if you see moving trucks, let us know, and we'll give them a Welcome Basket full of helpful items like maps, take-out menus, important phone numbers and even a tasty treat.



Wellness
Lets meet to exercise! We meet a few days a month, and always at your pace!



Craft Club
Get together once a month and work on your personal craft whilst socializing, or work on a totally new craft with your friends!



Lunch Bunch
Meets monthly to try out a new place on the island for lunch. Great way to find favorite places to eat on Staten Island!

Secret Pal
Once a month you will receive a special gift at your door (valued at $10) delivered by your ‘Secret Pal’, at the end of the year, we’ll have a party where we reveal our hidden identities to our recipients!
